Method

Our method is designed to make things easier on you. There’s no need to come to the office to present the original documents. You can easily and securely send your documents through the contact form or by e-mail.

Step 1 – Send your documents to translate with a resolution that allows us to clearly read the text therein, including any seals, annotations, headlines, footnotes, etc. Keep in mind that the smallest word on every page of the documents must be translated in order to render them official.

Step 2 – We will confirm that the documents have been received and within 24 hours will send you an estimate and due date for the translation.

Step 3 – Once you have accepted the estimate and due date, we will get down to work!

Step 4 – Collecting your documents is easy to do:

  • For official translations – Sworn translations must be accompanied by official formula, signature and seal, and as of now, they still may not be issued electronically. Therefore we will agree on a place and a time to meet and hand you the translation. We are flexible and available to meet with prior notification. But if you would prefer or if you aren’t in Seville, we can also send the documents by mail or by messenger service at your expense.
  • For non-official translations and proofreading – First we will send you a file with the translation for your approval, and once the payment has been confirmed, we will send you the final version electronically.

Step 5 – Payment – Traduid accepts payment by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash.
